We are simply a referral service. We have agreements with agents who have agreed to do all they can to help you sell your home fast. These agents are the ones who actually place you in the MLS and Realtor.com. The fee that you pay to us is simply a referral fee that the agents have agreed to. If for some reason we do not have an agent in your location, we will either find you an agent, or completely refund your fee.
